Killer bun workout by online personal trainer Chris Arnett
Here is a killer bun workout. I have been this woman's personal trainer for about 12years. My new order page for my workout cds will be up soon. I just finished a super leg workout program that is awesome. I have been testing it on ballerina's and other fitness enthusiast.
Let me tell you that doing this 35 minute program 2 times a week I guarantee that you will have bun's of steel.
I have one personal training client whom this old fashioned type of bun workout is the only thing that I do to train her buns and she is totally happy with the roundness and development of her bun muscles.

hi Chris just saw ur killer bun work out im really excited about it. I am 21 year old black female who has no butt! Ive got such a low self esteem about it as i dnt hav the one thing that all blk girls dnt have! I feel really isecure around my boyfriend as I feel that maybe he wishes that i did hav one. I sounds stupid but i know that I would be SOOOOOOOOOO much more confident in all areas is I just had a butt. I just wanted to know if this will help n if so how many times a week I should do it n wat else i could do to get quick results. Thank you
Kitten, here is the thing and I am a black man myself. If your boyfriend is with you then he likes the way you are.
As for the workout this is a beginning program that can be done 3x's a week for the first month.
Then you can either up it to mon-friday with the weekends off.
I will be showing some excellent bun building exercises and things you can do at home around the house in the near future.
